When receiving a product, please inspect it carefully in the presence of the delivery personnel to ensure it meets your expectations and is in good condition. Check for any defects or expiration issues, and if any are found, notify the delivery personnel immediately. If you accept the product without raising concerns at the time of delivery, you forfeit the right to return or exchange it.
If you receive an incorrect product, notify us immediately, and we will arrange an exchange, provided the item remains unused and its manufacturing seal is intact.
If an exchange is not possible and you have made an advance payment, we will process a refund within 7-10 working days after receiving your claim.
In the rare event of a delivery failure, we will issue a full refund. If you choose to cancel the order upon delivery, the delivery fee will be charged, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
